Chris was a dream to work with (because I was a nightmare). We needed a fence power washed but have an enormous organic garden right in front of it. Chris was so respectful and careful not to injury the plants and used a solvent that wouldn’t damage them. Because of the rapid growth we’ve had this season, he came out on his day off to do this before the plants got any larger- he truly went above and beyond. Further, I asked if he could take care of a few other things I thought needed pressure washing and instead of taking the sale, he educated me on better options (that didn’t make him money).
Chris came out and went beyond what I was quoted for, I also love the fact that he offers free pressure washing to veterans says a lot about that man and his morals.
Chris was awesome! He cleaned the house, deck, firepit retaining wall, cement, and split rail fences. Truly turned out better than I expected! He is very knowledgeable and a super friendly person. I would rate him a 10 if I could! Very highly recommend him.
I had cedar siding that was so black I really didn’t think it was possible to get it cleaned, these guys literally worked miracles, he was a third less than some of the other quotes I got two so I just couldn’t be happier and I will definitely be using them in the future, check out these pics!

Chris and his team pressure washed my roof and removed quite a bit of moss. The roof looks much better and will last much longer. They also washed my driveway and walk. The results were remarkable. I will definitely use them in the future.
Chris did a fantastic job. He is very professional, knowledgeable and takes real ownership of the job he is working on. The house looks so bright and clean after the pressure washing. He also washed our brick porch in the back of the house, I couldn't believe the outcome, it looked like new when it is years old! Thank you Chris for the great job. I called Reliance Pressure washing and Chris answered my call directly. He was able to come to my home that day and quote power washing my home at a good price. Even better he did the job the next day and did a great job. I have delt with many contractors and can tell you that it rarely goes this smooth. Wow. Preparing a home for sell and it needed a lot of cleaning. Chris did it all for a very fair price. I am very impressed with the work. From siding, to pavers, to deck and driveway he did it all quickly and it looks great! Some before and after photos attached.
My husband and I hired Chris to power wash our house, sunroom and shed which badly needed it. Boy were we surprised !! It came out better than we expected and feels like we have a new house. Highly recommend using Chris and am sure you’ll be as happy and satisfied as we are! Thank you Chris !!!
